We currently serve students of Cabarrus County public schools and surrounding areas. The information on this page applies
specifically to public school groups of special needs and at-risk youth. If you are interested in bringing a group that fits
a different demographic, please call to discuss as the activities and fees may vary. Using a combination of our
low ropes course and team building exercises the students will be able to expand their leadership, cooperation, listening
skills, how to work together, listen to others ideas, and communicate as a team and not as individuals. The students will
also build their self-confidence and self- esteem by riding our therapy horses. Students will learn how to groom, tack,
lead, and ride a horse.
Field trips are typically hosted on Fridays between 10am-1pm. A minimum of three hours
is required to fit in a typical activity schedule. You may call to find out about specific availability. Please bring bag
lunches. Restrooms are on location.
Each group schedule is flexible. Our staff will be glad to speak
with you to help customize the trip for your students. All activities are subject
to change based on the availability of facilitators. Here are some guidelines to help plan your trip: Packages can include the following based on the availability of facilitators: Horseback
